My wife has made st...Oh, stout brownies are great. My wife has made stout cupcakes before (vegan even!) that were fantastic. I use beer in my chili of course whenever I make it (vegetarian or meaty!). A good stout is an excellent addition to so many stew type meals as well as the brownies you talked about here.
